Hotel Policies

  • Check-in Policy: The primary registrant for Palm Grove, Seahaven Beach Hotel and The Reef is 18 years old. The primary registrant must stay in the unit during the duration of the booking.
  • Check-in after 4pm – Check-out 10am
  • One parking pass per room. Additional vehicles can park in the overflow parking lot at a $25 per pass fee
  • Cancellation policy: The reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date. If cancelled inside of 72 hours the guest will forfeit the 1 nights room and tax. If guest is a no show then they forfeit the total cost of the stay. Guest may cancel their reservation for no penalty within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
  • Cash paying guest that have no credit cards to put on file are to pay a refundable $250 security deposit.
  • $500 security deposit for penthouses at SBH & PG
  • Dogs only are allowed at Palm Grove and Seahaven Beach Hotel properties. A non-refundable fee of $100 for Seahaven Beach Hotel and $75 for Palm Grove plus tax per pet (max of 2) will be charged at check-in. No pets over 50 pounds and no aggressive animals. Guests with aggressive pets will be asked to leave.
  • The possession of illegal drugs, fireworks, or contraband of any kind will not be tolerated. Kegs and funnels are also not permitted. Bring your own pool and/or beach towels.
  • Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements. Please note that during Spring Break there are minimum lengths of stay requirements which may prevent you from modifying your travel dates after you book. Length of stay requirements are subject to change at any time
  • 1st night room and tax is due at time of booking, remaining balance will be charged to card on file 14days prior to arrival. If you would like to pay that balance with a different card please call the property to do so.
  • $100 refundable key deposit at Palm Grove, must be paid with credit card.

Origin Policies

  • Check-in Policy: The primary registrant in every unit at Origin MUST BE at least 21 years old and MUST stay in the unit. ALL OTHER guests in the unit must be at least 18. All guests must have a valid picture ID (government issued: i.e., driver`s license, passport).
  • Check-in after 4pm – Check-out 10am
  • $500 security deposit for 3 & 4 bedrooms
  • Cash paying guest that have no credit cards to put on file are to pay a refundable $250 security deposit.
  • Cleaning Fee ( price based on unit type)
