A Band Festival at the BEACH! Contest Info The 2012 festival will be held on April 19-21, April 26-28, and May 3-5. Contest categories include concert band, orchestra, parade, jazz and auxillary. All concert performances will be held at the Arnold High School Fine Arts Center. All you have to do is sign up, show up, perform, and enjoy the beaches.
